Shipping Information

We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:
                                Contiguous U.S.         Alaska & Hawaii *
    1. Standard:         3-8 business days     5-10 business days
    2. Expedited:       2-3 business days     4-5 business days
    3. Express:          1-2 business days     3-4 business days

The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount.

•    For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional shipping charge of $10.00 for Standard, $30.00 for Expedited or $50.00 for Express deliveries will be added to the shipping rates

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM MST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

Tracking Your Packages

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 801-487-7302. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
